Job Description

Are you skilled in crafting authentic tandoori dishes? Do you excel at preparing the perfect tandoori chicken?

Key Responsibilities

  • Specialize in preparing a variety of tandoori items.
  • Prepare delicious sauces and curries.
  • Master the art of cooking breads and meats in the Tandoor (Indian-style clay oven).
  • Plan and oversee food preparation and cooking activities.
  • Ensure excellent garnishing and presentation of food using innovative cooking techniques.
  • Design and plan menus while maintaining food quality and portion control.
  • Be proficient with Tandoori-BBQ specialty equipment.
  • Develop new menu options based on seasonal changes and customer preferences.
  • Assist with preparation and planning of meal designs.
  • Recruit and train new kitchen staff to uphold restaurant standards.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a reputable restaurant or hotel.
  • A qualification in Hospitality, preferably a diploma or degree.
  • A commitment to work for at least two years in our restaurants in Switzerland.
  • Thorough knowledge of tandoori cooking techniques and flavors.
