How You Can Make an Impact

As part of the Swiss sourcing and procurement team, you will take on a highly client-facing role where you'll redesign procurement operating models, implement procurement tools, optimize and transform processes, and manage cost-reduction programs. Your contributions will significantly impact future projects and the overall development of the practice.

In your daily work, you will collaborate with project teams to navigate and resolve complex situations and participate in sales and proposal initiatives. You will also contribute to the global sourcing and procurement community within Deloitte, partnering with other member firms to deliver joint projects. Ultimately, you will be an enabler for our clients to achieve greater success, sustainability, and collaboration with their ecosystem partners.

Who We Are Looking For

• Positive mindset and passion for sourcing and procurement
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively and build lasting relationships
• Analytical skills to quickly understand client challenges
• Solution-driven individual capable of designing and proposing tailored approaches
• Attention to detail to deliver the highest quality service

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional experience in consulting, with a strong focus on sourcing and procurement
• Demonstrated expertise in procurement concepts such as strategic sourcing, category management, supplier relationship management, and procurement operating models
• Proven leadership abilities that inspire team members
• Genuine interest and experience in sales activities, including proposals and business development
• Proficiency in procurement tools (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer) is a plus
• Full working proficiency in English and at least one other language, preferably German. French is an additional advantage
