AI Solution Leader

The AI Solution Leader is a critical technical sales role within the TCS Switzerland sales team, responsible for promoting AI-integrated solutions for IT operations, ensuring TCS maintains its competitive edge from a technological perspective. This individual will work closely with the Swiss geo sales team to uncover new business opportunities while also upselling TCS AI solutions and products to existing Swiss clients.

TCS provides a consulting-led, cognitively driven, integrated portfolio of IT, Business & Technology Services, as well as engineering support, primarily for the Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI), Manufacturing, Retail, and Life Sciences sectors in both Swiss and global markets. The primary mission of this position is to meet order book value (OBV) targets for TCS AI-related solutions and services sold to designated companies, while also developing innovative AI solutions that enhance competitiveness in bids within the Swiss customer base.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Major Market and ISU team to acquire new clients through effective engagement in the sales process, achieving agreed sales growth.
• Develop and present TCS AI solutions, such as TCS ATLAS and Wisdom Next AI, to address emerging opportunities in the Cloud Unit.
• Achieve optimal strategic positioning of TCS AI solutions within the IT Operations domain.
• Develop and implement a Go-to-Market strategy for TCS Infrastructure Zero Ops framework across current and prospective opportunities.
• Act as a technical advisor to customers on the application of AI in IT operations.
• Ensure the alignment of TCS platforms, like TCS Cognix for Infrastructure & Digital Workplace, to maintain competitive positioning with rationale.

Competencies

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Over 15 years of experience in IT Infrastructure Implementation, specifically in Enterprise Tools and/or Automation areas.
• Familiarity with 2-3 service lines in Cloud, Enterprise Tools, Automation/AI, and Operations Management.
• Experience in the technical design and implementation of tools infrastructure.
• Strong Operations background with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey ideas in user-friendly language.
