Within the customer care organization for Large Enterprise Customers, as Solution Sales you are the driving force behind sustainable customer relationships and tailored solutions that create real value. You spot opportunities, position innovative Data & AI solutions, and guide creative ideas from vision to successful closure. Together with our experts, you will shape data-driven business value, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor and taking our customers — and Swisscom — to the next level.

Key Responsibilities

• Development and sale of Data & AI solutions with a focus on Big Data, Data Platforms, and Predictive Analytics.
• Translating complex customer requirements at management level into commercially and technologically compelling proposals.
• Building and maintaining strategic customer relationships in the Swiss enterprise market.
• Leading and participating in large tenders.
• Active cold acquisition and business development, as well as co-shaping the go-to-market strategy.

Your Skills

• Degree in Business Informatics, Data & AI, or equivalent.
• Several years of experience in selling IT professional services in the Swiss market.
• Deep understanding of Data & AI technologies, ideally with a consulting background.
• You communicate confidently with decision-makers and enjoy building sustainable customer partnerships.
• Knowledge of the public sector, insurance, or banking; an existing client network is an advantage.
• Very good German and English; knowledge of French is desirable.
