As part of the customer care organization for Large Enterprise Customers, our Solution Sales team is the driving force behind building sustainable customer relationships and delivering tailored solutions that create genuine value. You will identify opportunities, position innovative Data & AI solutions, and guide groundbreaking ideas from vision to successful implementation. Collaborating with our experts, you will shape data-driven business value and establish yourself as a trusted advisor, elevating both our customers and Swisscom to new heights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and sell Data & AI solutions with a focus on Big Data, Data Platforms, and Predictive Analytics.
• Translate complex customer requirements at the management level into commercially and technologically compelling proposals.
• Build and maintain strategic customer relationships in the Swiss enterprise market.
• Lead and participate in large tenders.
• Engage in active cold acquisition and business development, while co-shaping the go-to-market strategy.

Your Skills:

• A degree in Business Informatics, Data & AI, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in selling IT professional services within the Swiss market.
• A deep understanding of Data & AI technologies, preferably with a consulting background.
• Strong communication skills with decision-makers and a passion for building sustainable customer partnerships.
• Knowledge of the public sector, insurance, or banking; an existing client network would be advantageous.
• Proficient in German and English; knowledge of French is desirable.
