At Swisscom, within the customer care organization for Large Enterprise Customers, you will play a pivotal role as a Solution Sales professional. You will be the driving force behind sustainable customer relationships and tailored solutions that create genuine value. By identifying opportunities and positioning innovative Data & AI solutions, you will guide transformative ideas from vision to successful closure. Collaborating with our experts, you will shape data-driven business value, establish yourself as a trusted advisor, and elevate our customers—and Swisscom—to new heights.

Your Responsibilities

• Development and sale of Data & AI solutions focusing on Big Data, Data Platforms, and Predictive Analytics.
• Translating complex customer requirements at the management level into commercially and technologically compelling proposals.
• Building and maintaining strategic customer relationships in the Swiss enterprise market.
• Leading and participating in large tenders.
• Active cold acquisition and business development, while co-shaping the go-to-market strategy.

Your Skills

• Degree in Business Informatics, Data & AI, or equivalent.
• Several years of experience in selling IT professional services in the Swiss market.
• Deep understanding of Data & AI technologies, ideally with a consulting background.
• Ability to communicate confidently with decision-makers and a passion for building sustainable customer partnerships.
• Knowledge of the public sector, insurance, or banking; an existing client network is an advantage.
• Excellent proficiency in German and English; French is desirable.
