Within the customer care organization for Large Enterprise Customers, as a Solution Sales professional, you will be the driving force behind sustainable customer relationships and tailored solutions that create real value. You will identify opportunities, position innovative Data & AI solutions, and guide transformative ideas from vision to successful closure. Collaborating with our experts, you will shape data-driven business value, establish yourself as a trusted advisor, and elevate our customers — and Swisscom — to new heights.

Key Responsibilities

• Development and sale of Data & AI solutions with a focus on Big Data, Data Platforms, and Predictive Analytics
• Translating complex customer requirements at the management level into commercially and technologically compelling proposals
• Building and maintaining strategic customer relationships in the Swiss enterprise market
• Leading and participating in large tenders
• Engaging in active cold acquisition and business development while co-shaping the go-to-market strategy

Your Skills

• Degree in Business Informatics, Data & AI, or equivalent
• Several years of experience in selling IT professional services in the Swiss market
• Deep understanding of Data & AI technologies, ideally with a consulting background
• Excellent communication skills with decision-makers, enjoying the development of sustainable customer partnerships
• Knowledge of the public sector, insurance, or banking; an existing client network is an advantage
• Proficiency in German and English; French is desirable
