Join our customer care organization for Large Enterprise Customers as a Solution Sales professional, where you will be the driving force behind sustainable customer relationships and tailored solutions that create real value. You will identify opportunities, position smart Data & AI solutions, and guide innovative ideas from vision to successful closure. Together with our experts, you will shape data-driven business value, establish yourself as a trusted advisor, and elevate both our customers and Swisscom to new heights.

Key Responsibilities

• Development and sale of Data & AI solutions with a focus on Big Data, Data Platforms, and Predictive Analytics.
• Translating complex customer requirements at the management level into commercially and technologically compelling proposals.
• Building and maintaining strategic customer relationships within the Swiss enterprise market.
• Leading and participating in large tenders.
• Active cold acquisition, business development, and co-shaping the go-to-market strategy.

Your Skills

• Degree in Business Informatics, Data & AI, or equivalent.
• Several years of experience in selling IT professional services in the Swiss market.
• Deep understanding of Data & AI technologies, ideally with a consulting background.
• Confident communication with decision-makers and a passion for building sustainable customer partnerships.
• Knowledge of the public sector, insurance, or banking; an existing client network is an advantage.
• Fluent in German and English; French is desirable.
