Within the customer care organization for Large Enterprise Customers, as a Solution Sales professional, you will be the driving force behind sustainable customer relationships and tailored solutions that create real value. You will identify opportunities, position innovative Data & AI solutions, and guide transformative ideas from vision to successful implementation. Together with our experts, you'll shape data-driven business value, establish yourself as a trusted advisor, and elevate both our customers and Swisscom to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Development and sale of Data & AI solutions with a focus on Big Data, Data Platforms, and Predictive Analytics.
• Translating complex customer requirements at management level into commercially and technologically compelling proposals.
• Building and maintaining strategic customer relationships in the Swiss enterprise market.
• Leading and participating in large tenders.
• Engaging in active cold acquisition and business development, as well as contributing to shaping the go-to-market strategy.

Your Skills:

• Degree in Business Informatics, Data & AI, or equivalent.
• Several years of experience in selling IT professional services in the Swiss market.
• Deep understanding of Data & AI technologies, ideally with a consulting background.
• Confident communication with decision-makers and a knack for building sustainable customer partnerships.
• Knowledge of the public sector, insurance, or banking; an existing client network is an advantage.
• Proficiency in German and English; French is desirable.
