Join our customer care organization for Large Enterprise Customers as a Solution Sales professional. You will be the driving force behind sustainable customer relationships and tailored solutions that create real value. Identify opportunities, position smart Data & AI solutions, and guide innovative ideas from vision to successful closure. Collaborating with our experts, you'll shape data-driven business value, establish yourself as a trusted advisor, and elevate both our customers and Swisscom to new heights.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and sell Data & AI solutions with a focus on Big Data, Data Platforms, and Predictive Analytics.
• Translate complex customer requirements at the management level into commercially and technologically compelling proposals.
• Build and maintain strategic customer relationships in the Swiss enterprise market.
• Lead and participate in large tenders.
• Engage in active cold acquisition and business development, shaping the go-to-market strategy.

Your Skills

• Degree in Business Informatics, Data & AI, or equivalent.
• Several years of experience in selling IT professional services in the Swiss market.
• Deep understanding of Data & AI technologies, ideally with a consulting background.
• Confident communication with decision-makers and a passion for building sustainable customer partnerships.
• Knowledge of the public sector, insurance, or banking is advantageous; an existing client network is a plus.
• Proficient in German and English; knowledge of French is desirable.
