Inter IKEA Group brings together three primary areas: Retail Concept, Range, and Supply. Our mission is to continuously improve the IKEA home furnishing offer and make it more accessible for everyone. As part of IKEA Supply and the Supply Chain Development organization, we are committed to ensuring that our products are produced and delivered to our customers efficiently. We collaborate across various functions and business areas to secure customer availability in all markets and sales channels while maintaining the lowest total cost.
We foster a workplace where everyone feels empowered to be themselves—experimenting, exploring new approaches, and daring to ask, "What if?" At IKEA, we believe in personal growth and offer global career development opportunities. Our vibrant culture encourages the sharing of ideas, skill enhancement, and a collective goal of "creating a better everyday life for the many people." We provide our employees with the chance to grow both personally and professionally in a dynamic, global environment full of challenges and learning experiences.
IKEA is on a transformative journey to create a better everyday life for many by continuously reinventing ourselves to meet and exceed customer needs.
