To realize our ambitions in the IKEA Supply Strategy, we have initiated the Order & Finance Platform (OFP) Programme, a key component of our digital roadmap. This program represents one of the largest digital investments within IKEA Supply in the coming years. It aims to create significant benefits across the entire IKEA value chain, from suppliers to retailers. **This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a greenfield SAP S/4 HANA implementation and introduce an Enterprise Resource Planning solution (ERP) for the first time to our business.**
As the SAP S4 Order to Cash Solution Architect, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of SAP solutions within our Order to Cash workstream. You will collaborate closely with a team of Business Analysts, External Consultants, Developers, Security and Data Privacy teams, and Data Specialists to ensure adherence to standards while maintaining a high degree of automation and specialization within our global value chain.

To succeed in this role, you should be a strong team player with deep techno-functional expertise who can inspire others toward clear objectives. We are looking for a visionary, pragmatic, and adaptable candidate who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and demonstrate their knowledge. Curiosity and the ability to build trustworthy relationships within the Supply Data & Technology community are essential.
Ideally, you have at least 2-3 end-to-end SAP implementation projects, contributing as a solution architect, business analyst, or functional consultant in similar supply chain or retail industries. You possess strong analytical skills, an eye for detail, and can relate to the bigger picture, quickly establishing rapport with distributed team members.
Excellent communication skills are vital, enabling you to present complex technology challenges in an understandable manner to stakeholders and garner commitment from all parties involved.
