Join Our Team as a Solution Architect SAP C4C v2
To strengthen our IT department, we are looking for a Solution Architect SAP C4C v2 to shape our global CRM landscape based on SAP Sales Cloud v2 and SAP Service Cloud v2. As the architectural lead, you will design scalable and integrated solutions that support Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Digital Customer Experience processes. You will ensure seamless connectivity across SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and other enterprise platforms. Collaborating closely with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and development teams, you will drive architectural decisions, govern technology standards, and help define the future roadmap of our customer engagement ecosystem.
This is where you'll excel
- You define and drive the target architecture for Bühler's global CRM platform and Customer Engagement ecosystem.
- You design scalable integration and data solutions across SAP Sales Cloud v2, SAP Service Cloud v2, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and connected digital platforms.
- You translate business and technical requirements into solution architectures, implementation roadmaps, and design guidelines.
- You lead architectural governance, technical decision-making, and ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, integration, and security standards.
- You collaborate closely with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and delivery teams to continuously evolve and enhance CRM capabilities.
These are the skills you'll need
- University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, or a comparable qualification, combined with proven experience as a Solution Architect or Lead Architect in large-scale SAP CRM transformation programs.
- Deep expertise in SAP Sales Cloud v2, SAP Service Cloud v2, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and SAP Integration Suite within complex global SAP environments.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise integration architecture, including APIs, event-driven architectures, master data integration, customer data management, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Ability to define architecture roadmaps, lead technical governance, and translate business strategy into scalable, secure, and future-oriented solution designs.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in English, with experience working in Agile (SAFe) environments and influencing business and technology decisions at senior leadership level.
