What You'll Do

At Ekona, you'll engage in:

• Real Engineering: Work on genuine problems with real users, making a significant impact.
• Deep Problem Understanding: Collaborate directly with clients and their domain experts. Ask insightful questions, map out problems, and challenge existing assumptions.
• Efficient Building: Quickly prototype ideas, transforming them into robust, production-ready systems. Design and deploy multi-agent workflows and LLM-powered applications, integrating modern software engineering with state-of-the-art AI tools.
• End-to-End Ownership: Take charge of your projects from architecture through testing, deployment, and observability, all within cloud environments using modern engineering practices.
• Shaping Our Work: Influence our technical roadmap and contribute to the development of our AI engineering playbook, frameworks, and internal tools. Your ideas will be valued.

What We're Looking For

While the specific technology stack is secondary to your problem-solving approach, you'll be a strong candidate if you possess:

• Several years of professional software engineering experience, delivering systems to actual users.
• Familiarity with cloud-native development, including containers, CI/CD, and experience with at least one major cloud platform.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and agent frameworks, or a proven ability to adapt quickly to new technical domains.
• The capability to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders, translating their challenges into functional software solutions.
• A strong inclination towards delivering results.

Nice to have: experience in life sciences, pharma, supply chain, or finance; knowledge of knowledge graphs, RAG systems, or LLM observability.
