What You'll Do
Experience real engineering with a tangible impact on users:
- Understand Problems Deeply: Engage with clients and domain experts to ask insightful questions, map out problems, and challenge existing assumptions.
- Build Fast, Build Well: Quickly prototype ideas and transform them into robust, production-ready systems. Design and deploy multi-agent workflows and LLM-powered applications, merging modern software engineering with cutting-edge AI tools.
- Ship End-to-End: Take ownership of your work from architecture through testing, deployment, observability, and iteration within cloud environments, utilizing modern engineering practices.
- Shape How We Work: Influence our technical roadmap by contributing to the development of our AI engineering playbook, frameworks, and internal tools. Your ideas will be valued.
What We're Looking For
Your mindset is more important than your specific technical stack. However, you'll likely be a great fit if you have:
- Several years of professional software engineering experience, delivering systems to real users.
- Comfort with cloud-native development, including containers, CI/CD, and experience with at least one major cloud platform.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and agent frameworks, or a proven ability to quickly adapt to new technical domains.
- The capability to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders and translate their challenges into practical software solutions.
- A strong bias toward delivering results.
Nice to have: Experience in life sciences, pharma, supply chain, or finance; familiarity with knowledge graphs, RAG systems, or LLM observability.
