Your Responsibilities
Deliver real engineering solutions that have a tangible impact on users.
- Understand Problems Deeply: Engage directly with clients and their domain experts. Ask the right questions, map the problem, and challenge assumptions.
- Build Fast, Build Well: Prototype rapidly and then transform those prototypes into robust, production-ready systems. Design and deploy multi-agent workflows and LLM-powered applications, merging modern software engineering with cutting-edge AI tools.
- Ship End-to-End: Take ownership of your work, managing everything from architecture to testing, deployment, observability, and iterative improvements in cloud environments using modern engineering practices.
- Shape How We Work: Influence our technical roadmap and contribute to developing our AI engineering playbook, frameworks, and internal tools. We value your ideas.
Qualifications
Your technical stack is less significant than your thought process, learning abilities, and building skills. However, you'll likely be a great fit if you possess:
- Several years of professional software engineering experience, successfully delivering systems to real users.
- Comfort with cloud-native development: containers, CI/CD, and at least one major cloud platform.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and agent frameworks, or a proven track record of quickly adapting to new technical domains.
- The ability to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders and translate their challenges into functional software solutions.
- A strong inclination towards shipping products.
Preferred Experience: Background in life sciences, pharmaceuticals, supply chain, or finance; familiarity with knowledge graphs, RAG systems, or LLM observability.
