Your Role

As the leader of the Tooling team, you will take a hands-on approach to your work. Your expertise in infrastructure, user interface, and systems interfaces will be crucial in building applications that play a vital role in certifying our first machine learning-based products in aviation. You will be responsible for all software that does not fly, encompassing DevOps-related tools, team-specific infrastructure, and the development of in-house solutions. Qualifications

You are intelligent, proactive, and dedicated to delivering results. You possess:

• Experience with big data pipelines and distributed processing.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Applied software engineering skills in Rust.
• The acumen to transition from quick shell scripts to well-structured (but not over-engineered) server implementations.

Experience with image and video processing is a plus, though not mandatory.
