About the Role
You will bridge the gap between legacy cell therapy applications and modern standards by developing an AI-assisted automation framework. Working closely with R&D experts in a collaborative pair-programming setup, you will transform engineering artifacts into streamlined, documented, and testable assets. This role focuses on leveraging AI to automate the modernization of legacy medical technology software, covering everything from requirements extraction to test generation.

Work Tasks
- Develop AI-assisted tools for documentation remediation and requirements extraction
- Create agentic AI and RAG-based solutions using engineering artifacts
- Automate engineering workflows including test generation and reporting
- Analyze legacy codebases to facilitate system understanding and evolution
- Collaborate in pairs to advance existing Proof of Concept (POC) frameworks
- Integrate AI tools into daily engineering activities for software and verification teams
- Contribute to general software development, testing, and CI/CD activities
We Are Looking For
- Advanced knowledge of Python programming
- Practical experience developing AI agents or LLM-based tools
- Fluent in English (minimum C1 level); French is an asset
- Responsible & intellectually curious personality
