How You Can Make an Impact

We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Specialist to provide maternity cover and deliver high-quality content across LinkedIn and Instagram, focusing on corporate and employer branding topics. In this role, you will plan and produce engaging content end-to-end, ensuring brand-compliant execution, maintaining channel performance, and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.

  • Plan, create, adapt, review, and publish social media content (text, visuals/short videos) for studies, reports, and employer branding topics, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders. Content creation will be in English.
  • Manage the editorial workflow using Sprinklr.
  • Support employee advocacy through curation and internal enablement using Dynamic Signal.
  • Build dashboards for reporting and insights, evaluate performance, and recommend improvements to formats and content.
  • Ensure alignment with the Deloitte brand and social media policy for compliance.
  • Set up, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns on LinkedIn and Meta channels.

Who We Are Looking For

We welcome candidates with 2 to 4 years of experience in social media (either in-house at a larger organization or in an agency), showcasing a strong toolkit for LinkedIn and Instagram.

  • Fluent in English (C1/C2) for independent content creation; proficiency in German is required, while French is a plus.
  • Practical experience with Sprinklr or comparable enterprise tools, with familiarity in Dynamic Signal being advantageous.
  • Confident in producing compelling visuals and engaging captions.
  • Able to interpret various complex business topics and transform them into clear, captivating posts.
  • Proficient in image/video editing (using templates and short clips) and tools like Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Possesses a structured, proactive, and flexible working style with reliable stakeholder management skills.
