How You Can Make an Impact

We are seeking a proactive and creative Social Media Specialist to provide maternity cover and deliver high-quality content across LinkedIn and Instagram for corporate and employer-branding topics. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, producing, and executing engaging content, ensuring brand compliance, optimizing channel performance, and keeping stakeholders satisfied.

  • Plan, create, adapt, review, and publish social media content (text, visuals/short videos) focused on studies, reports, and employer branding, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders. Content creation will be in English.
  • Manage the editorial workflow using Sprinklr.
  • Support employee advocacy through curation and internal enablement with Dynamic Signal.
  • Develop dashboards for reporting, evaluate performance, and recommend enhancements to content and formats.
  • Ensure brand alignment and compliance with Deloitte's brand and social media policies.
  • Set up, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns on LinkedIn and Meta platforms.

Who We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of experience in social media (either in-house for a larger organization or at an agency) with strong capabilities in LinkedIn and Instagram.

  • Exceptional English skills (C1/C2) for independent content creation; proficiency in German is required, and French is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with Sprinklr or equivalent enterprise tools; familiarity with Dynamic Signal is advantageous.
  • Confidence in creating engaging visuals and compelling captions.
  • Able to grasp complex business topics and transform them into clear, captivating posts.
  • Proficiency in image/video editing (templates, short clips) and related tools (Adobe Creative Suite).
  • A structured, proactive, and flexible working style with reliable stakeholder management skills.
