How You Can Make an Impact

We are seeking a hands-on Social Media Specialist to provide maternity cover and deliver high-quality content across LinkedIn and Instagram for corporate and employer-branding topics. You will plan and produce engaging content from start to finish, ensuring brand-compliant execution, maintaining our channels' performance, and satisfying stakeholders.

  • Plan, create, adapt, review, and publish social media content (text, visuals/short videos) for studies, reports, and employer-branding topics. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders. Content creation will be in English.
  • Conduct the editorial workflow in Sprinklr.
  • Support employee advocacy by curating and enabling internal communication using Dynamic Signal.
  • Compile reports and insights by building dashboards, evaluating performance, and recommending improvements to formats and content.
  • Ensure brand alignment and compliance with Deloitte's brand and social media policies.
  • Set up, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns on LinkedIn and Meta channels.

Who We Are Looking For

We require candidates with at least 2 to 4 years of experience in social media (preferably in-house for larger organizations or agencies), particularly with a strong toolkit for LinkedIn and Instagram.

  • Proficient in English (C1/C2) for independent content creation; German is a must, and French is a plus.
  • Practical experience with Sprinklr or comparable enterprise tools; familiarity with Dynamic Signal is advantageous.
  • Confident in crafting compelling visuals and engaging captions.
  • Able to understand and articulate various complex business topics into clear, engaging posts.
  • Skills in image/video editing (templates, short clips) and the necessary tools (Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Structured, proactive, and flexible working style with reliable stakeholder management skills.
