How You Can Make an Impact

We are seeking a hands-on Social Media Specialist to provide maternity cover and deliver high-quality content across LinkedIn and Instagram for corporate and employer-branding topics. You will be responsible for planning and producing engaging content end-to-end, ensuring brand-compliant execution, maintaining the performance of our channels, and keeping stakeholders satisfied.

  • Plan, create, adapt, review, and publish social media content (text, visuals/short videos) for studies, reports, and employer-branding topics while working closely with internal stakeholders. Content creation is in English.
  • Run the editorial workflow in Sprinklr.
  • Employee advocacy: support curation and internal enablement using Dynamic Signal.
  • Reporting and insights: build dashboards, evaluate performance, and recommend improvements to formats and content.
  • Brand and compliance: ensure alignment with Deloitte brand and social media policy.
  • Paid social: set up, manage, and optimize campaigns on LinkedIn and Meta channels.

Who We Are Looking For

We welcome applications from candidates with 2 to 4 years of experience in social media (either in-house for larger organizations or agency settings) and a strong toolkit for LinkedIn and Instagram.

  • Excellent command of English (C1/C2) for independent content creation; proficiency in German is essential, and French is a plus.
  • Practical experience with Sprinklr or comparable enterprise tools; familiarity with Dynamic Signal is an advantage.
  • Confidence in creating compelling visuals and engaging captions.
  • Able to understand various complex business topics and convey them through clear, engaging posts.
  • Skills in image/video editing (templates, short clips) and proficiency in the appropriate tools (Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Structured, proactive, and flexible working style; demonstrated reliability in stakeholder management.
