Key Responsibilities

As a part of this vibrant marketing and communication environment, you will engage in creative projects with colleagues and creators worldwide, while planning and publishing content on social media.

• Support the development and execution of Influencer Marketing Campaigns on social media channels.
• Coordinate communications with internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify suitable creators and brand ambassadors.
• Build and maintain long-term influencer relationships.
• Participate in conceptualization and realization of various content projects.
• Support and accompany different events while posting on our social media channels.
• Participate in shooting days for marketing and social media video and photo content.
• Evaluate different activities on social media analytically according to our KPIs.
• Engage with our community by providing high-quality responses.

Requirements

While prior work experience is advantageous, we are primarily looking for a motivated, self-driven, and enthusiastic individual with a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will have a knack for storytelling and will embrace the vast opportunities in today’s digital landscape.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (or an HF Advanced Federal Diploma of Higher Education) in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Initial work experience in a relevant field is a plus.
• A fascination for cutting-edge communication and storytelling techniques.
• A communicative, creative, and visually-oriented personality.
• Proficient in both German and English, with strong writing and speaking skills.
• A team player with a structured approach and good organizational skills.
