Work Philosophy at neuSprung:
- At neuSprung, we work with freedom and trust.
- This freedom is aimed at individuals who can provide their own internal orientation and consciously take responsibility.
- Freedom does not mean being left alone.
- Self-management is not an additional skill; it forms the basis of our work. If this work philosophy resonates with you, continue reading. If not, this role is not for you.
Who we are - neuSprung:
neuSprung is an organization that rethinks social work from the inside out, supported by a radical culture of trust, self-management, and professional clarity. We were founded on the belief that social work unfolds its full potential when people are empowered rather than controlled. Those who feel secure within themselves and have their own safe space can also hold that space for others—not through more rules, but through internal clarity, responsibility, and trust. We support families and individuals during challenging life phases, with a special focus on neurodiversity (autism, ADHD, etc.). We consciously do not work according to rigid methods or standardized processes. Our work begins where relationships matter more than methods and effectiveness is valued over control.
How we understand coaching in the context of SPF:
- Coaching at neuSprung is a responsible task with professional depth.
- It involves an inner attitude of self-management.
- We give responsibility and hold the space in which it is carried.
Impact coaches on an hourly wage basis are not externals to us. They are bearers of the culture.
Your specific work:
- You support families in challenging life situations in the context of neurodiversity (particularly autism spectrum, ADHD, ADD, etc.) and have practical experience in this area; you work independently and systemically in individual and family settings.
- We understand our professional and organizational frameworks as supportive tools that provide you with orientation and empower your self-responsible and free work.
- You regularly reflect on your work and coordinate with the team when needed.
- Your task is not to solve problems or make decisions for others.
- Your task is to empower, facilitate development, keep responsibility where it belongs, and remain clear and present even under emotional pressure.
This role is not for people who:
- want to provide solutions where it’s about maintaining processes
- take on responsibility for changes that only families can enact

This role is suited for you if you:
- live self-management and reflect on your inner attitude
- take responsibility without wanting to control everything

- Conscious handling of proximity, distance, and responsibility
- Regular self-reflection and readiness for professional exchange
