Join Our Team as a Ski and Snowboard Instructor!

We are seeking qualified Ski and Snowboard instructors and coaches to become part of our dynamic team for the 2025/26 season. Both full-time and part-time positions are available, catering to a variety of schedules.

About You

We are looking for candidates who are customer-oriented, flexible, and responsible. To thrive in our team, you should be eager to learn and develop while upholding Ski Cool standards and delivering exceptional service.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the service industry
• Proficiency in multiple languages, including English, German, Italian, French, Spanish, Portuguese, and Russian
• Skills in freestyle, cross-country, or telemark skiing
• Swiss Mountain Guide qualification or a similar internationally recognized qualification

Training and Opportunities

As a member of our team, you will participate in regular training sessions to enhance your skiing skills, experience the world’s top ski resorts, and forge lasting friendships.

Position Overview

Available roles include marketing manager, resort manager, and team manager. Positions are open for the full season or during high seasons.

Headquartered in St. Moritz, Engadine, you will be part of an incredible alpine community.
