Join Our Team of Ski and Snowboard Instructors and Coaches

We are seeking qualified ski and snowboard instructors and coaches to become part of our team for the 2025/26 season. We offer both full-time and part-time options to suit your needs.

Ideal Candidates

Our ideal candidates should be customer-oriented, flexible, and responsible. To thrive in our environment, you should be eager to learn and develop, respect Ski Cool standards, and provide high-level service to our guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in the service industry
• Proficiency in multiple languages (English, German, Italian, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian)
• Skills in freestyle, cross-country, or telemark skiing
• Swiss Mountain Guide qualification or a similar foreign qualification recognized in Switzerland is particularly desirable

Availability

We are looking for candidates for either the full season or during high seasons based at our headquarters in St. Moritz, Engadine.
