Key Responsibilities
- Successfully implement and sustain the Continuous Improvement Business System (PPI).
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive GMP continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead by influencing to embed a Lean Management System, including tiered daily management systems, Gemba walks, and leader standard work.
- Facilitate cultural transformation to meet site goals and objectives.
- Identify and implement strategies for achieving flawless operational excellence.
- Support the Site Head of Strategic Initiatives & Operational Excellence in driving site-wide strategic improvement programs.
Requirements
- Proven experience in GMP Manufacturing or quality roles, preferably within a biologics or commercial pharmaceutical production environment.
- Practical experience in continuous improvement or Lean management systems.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills with the ability to inspire change across teams.
- In-depth knowledge of Lean Management principles and GMP standards.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
