This position reports directly to the Site Head of Strategic Initiatives & Operational Excellence and offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a company dedicated to exceptional outcomes and continuous improvement in the biologics manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Successfully implement and sustain the Continuous Improvement Business System (PPI).
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive GMP continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead by influencing to embed a Lean Management System, including tiered daily management systems, Gemba walks, and leader standard work.
• Facilitate cultural transformation to meet site goals and objectives.
• Identify and implement strategies for achieving flawless operational excellence.
• Support the Site Head of Strategic Initiatives & Operational Excellence in driving site-wide strategic improvement programs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in GMP Manufacturing or quality roles, preferably within a biologics or commercial pharmaceutical production environment.
• Practical experience in continuous improvement or Lean management systems.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills with the ability to inspire change across teams.
• In-depth knowledge of Lean Management principles and GMP standards.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
