Job Description

As a team leader, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

Management of Work Teams

Lead a team of 4 to 6 workers on site, guiding and motivating them to achieve established objectives. Ensure effective communication within the team and promote a positive and collaborative work environment.

Coordination of Activities

Establish orders for materials necessary for the successful completion of work, ensuring their availability and quality. Track and verify the proper execution of tasks, ensuring compliance with plans and quality standards.

Reports and Documentation

Prepare accurate and timely site reports, documenting progress, any incidents, and resource needs. Manage work orders, ensuring compliance and timely communication with superiors.
