Job Description
As a team leader, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Management of Work Teams: Lead a team of 4 to 6 workers on site, guiding and motivating them to achieve established objectives. Ensure effective communication within the team and promote a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Coordination of Activities: Establish orders for materials necessary for the completion of work, ensuring their availability and quality. Monitor and verify proper execution, ensuring compliance with plans and quality standards.
- Reports and Documentation: Prepare precise and regular site reports, documenting progress, incidents, and resource needs. Manage work orders, ensuring compliance and timely transmission to superiors.
