Job Description
As a team leader, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
Management of Work Teams:
- Lead a team of 4 to 6 workers on site, guiding and motivating them to achieve established objectives.
- Ensure effective communication within the team and promote a positive and collaborative work environment.
Coordination of Activities:
- Establish orders for materials necessary for completing the work, ensuring their availability and quality.
- Trace and verify the proper execution of the work, ensuring compliance with plans and quality standards.
Reports and Documentation:
- Prepare site reports accurately and regularly, documenting progress, incidents, and resource needs.
- Manage work orders, ensuring compliance and timely transmission to superiors.
