Position Overview

As a pivotal member of our management team in Accelleron Switzerland, located in Baden, you will play a key role in real estate management and the oversight of essential management systems related to quality, safety, security, and product conformity. Reporting directly to the Division President, you will be a strategic partner for our global divisions and functions as we drive the development of Accelleron.

Your Responsibilities

  • Strategic site development and planning for 72,000 m² of production, warehouse, and office space.
  • Facility management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Maintain our license to operate by managing quality, environmental, and safety systems.
  • Ensure certifications are upheld.
  • Oversee effective processes for product conformity and marine product safety.

Your Background

  • Leadership experience at the management team level with indirect management exposure.
  • Strong people management and development skills.
  • University degree.
  • Experience in a management role within real estate or facility management.
  • Familiarity with ISO management systems.
  • Robust background in change management and process improvements.
  • Solution-oriented approach with a curiosity for exploration and improvement.
  • Fluency in English and German.
