Your Role

In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing real estate and management systems, including quality, safety, security, and product conformity. Reporting to the Division President, you will take on a broad range of responsibilities and serve as a key partner to global divisions and functions in the development of Accelleron. This role is part of the management team located in Baden, Switzerland.

Your Responsibilities

  • Strategic site development and planning (72,000 m² of production, warehouse, and office space).
  • Facility management.
  • Local stakeholder management.
  • Ensuring compliance through the maintenance of management systems for quality, environment, and safety.
  • Managing certification processes.
  • Facilitating effective processes in product conformity and marine product safety.

Your Background

  • Leadership experience at the management team level or indirect management exposure.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a focus on people management and development.
  • University degree.
  • Experience in a management role within real estate or facility management.
  • Familiarity with ISO management systems.
  • Robust background in change management and process improvements.
  • Solution-oriented and service-minded approach.
  • Curious and proactive in seeking improvements.
  • Fluent in English and German.
