About the Role

In this exciting role, you will take charge of real estate management and oversee quality, safety, security, and product conformity management systems. Reporting directly to the Division President, you will handle a diverse range of responsibilities and act as a key partner to our global divisions and functions, contributing to the development of Accelleron. This position is part of the management team at Accelleron Switzerland, located in Baden.

Your Responsibilities

  • Strategic site development and planning of 72,000 m² for production, warehouse, and office space.
  • Facility management and local stakeholder engagement.
  • Maintain our operational license by managing quality, environmental, and safety systems.
  • Ensure certification and regulatory compliance.
  • Facilitate effective processes for product conformity and marine product safety.

Your Background

  • Leadership experience at the management team level or indirect management exposure.
  • A strong leader with excellent people management and development skills.
  • A university degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience in a management role focused on real estate or facility management.
  • Familiarity with ISO management systems.
  • A robust background in change management and process improvement.
  • A solution-oriented and service-focused mindset.
  • A curious approach to exploring and implementing improvements.
  • Fluency in English and German.
