About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for the management of real estate and the oversight of quality, safety, security, and product conformity management systems. Reporting to the Division President, you will maintain a broad range of responsibilities and serve as a supportive partner to our global divisions and functions in the development of Accelleron. This position is part of the management team in Accelleron Switzerland and is located in Baden.

Your Responsibilities

  • Strategic site development and planning for 72,000 m² of production, warehouse, and office space.
  • Facility management oversight.
  • Local stakeholder management.
  • Maintain our license to operate by upholding management systems for quality, environment, and safety.
  • Ensure necessary certifications are met.
  • Implement effective processes for product conformity and marine product safety.

Your Background

  • Proven leadership experience at the management team level, with indirect management exposure.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on people management and development.
  • University degree.
  • Experience in a management role within real estate or facility management.
  • Familiarity with ISO management systems.
  • Robust background in change management and process improvement initiatives.
  • Solution-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to improvements.
  • Fluent in both English and German.
