Position Overview

In this role, you will oversee real estate and management systems encompassing quality, safety, security, and product conformity. Reporting directly to the Division President, you will manage a broad scope of responsibilities while supporting global divisions and functions in the growth and development of Accelleron. This position is part of the management team at Accelleron Switzerland, based in Baden.

Your Responsibilities

  • Strategic site development and planning (72,000 m² of production, warehouse, and office space).
  • Facility management.
  • Local stakeholder management.
  • Maintaining management systems for quality, environment, and safety to ensure our license to operate.
  • Managing certification processes.
  • Ensuring effective processes in product conformity and marine product safety.

Your Background

  • Leadership experience at the management team level with indirect management exposure.
  • Proven experience as a strong leader with excellent people management and development skills.
  • University degree.
  • Experience in a management role focused on real estate or facility management.
  • Familiarity with ISO management systems.
  • Strong background in change management and process improvement.
  • Solution and service-oriented approach, with a curiosity for exploration and improvements.
  • Fluent in English and German.
