Role Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for real estate and management systems, encompassing quality, safety, security, and product conformity. Reporting to the Division President, you will oversee a wide range of responsibilities and will serve as a vital partner to global divisions and functions in developing Accelleron. This position is part of the management team at Accelleron Switzerland and is based in Baden.

Your Responsibilities

  • Strategic site development and planning (72,000 m² of production, warehouse, and office space).
  • Facility management.
  • Local stakeholder management.
  • Maintaining management systems for quality, environment, and safety to ensure our license to operate.
  • Ensuring certification compliance.
  • Implementing effective processes for product conformity and marine product safety.

Your Background

  • Leadership experience at the management team level with exposure to indirect management.
  • Proven leadership skills with a strong focus on people management and development.
  • University degree.
  • Experience in management roles related to real estate or facility management.
  • Familiarity with ISO management systems.
  • Robust background in change management and process improvement.
  • Solution- and service-oriented mindset.
  • Curiosity to explore potential improvements.
  • Fluency in English and German.
