Job Description

As a team leader, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Management of Work Teams: Lead a team of 4 to 6 workers on site, guiding and motivating them to achieve established objectives. Ensure effective communication within the team and promote a positive, collaborative work environment.
  • Coordination of Activities: Establish orders for materials necessary for the completion of the work, ensuring their availability and quality. Monitor and verify the proper execution of tasks to ensure compliance with plans and quality standards.
  • Reports and Documentation: Prepare accurate and regular site reports, documenting progress, any incidents, and resource needs. Manage work orders to ensure compliance and timely transmission to superiors.
