Job Description
- Ensure the execution of electrical installation work on sites, respecting the required standards.
- Be responsible for meeting deadlines, safety, quality, and cost-effectiveness of the completed work.
- Supervise and monitor teams of electricians on new projects.
- Understand installation plans and oversee the execution of work (slabs and walls).
- Organize and control workload and materials.
- Represent the company on-site during meetings with various stakeholders.
- Handle material orders and carry out measurements.
We Expect
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a CFC installer-electrician in Switzerland.
- Training as a site manager (or significant experience in new projects).
- A perfect understanding and mastery of installation plans (slabs and walls).
- A thorough knowledge of NIBT standards.
- Strong team management skills.
- Good rapport with clients and other trades.
- A driver's license and a car.
