Job Description
As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Supervising and coordinating teams on site
- Ensuring the proper execution of work according to plans and deadlines
- Managing human and material resources on site
- Ensuring the safety, quality, and compliance of the work
- Acting as the main point of contact between the various stakeholders (clients, architects, subcontractors, technical offices)
- Actively participating in the planning and monitoring of projects, both in new construction and renovation
You will play a key role in the success of the projects and be responsible for their smooth progress on site.
We Expect
- Training in the construction field (CFC + additional training or several years of experience as a site manager)
- Confirmed experience in managing sites and teams
- Leadership, sense of responsibility, and decision-making ability
- Good mastery of technical plans and site monitoring tools
- Valid driver's license
Additional assets include safety training, crane license, and proficiency in construction management software.
