Your Role

As a Shopfloor Support (Waterspider), you will play an essential role in maintaining high operational standards, supporting supervisors and technicians, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the shop.

Your Tasks

  • Support the daily operation of the LEAP/GTF Engine Shop by preparing materials and coordinating parts and assemblies according to production priorities.
  • Ensure timely and accurate handling of incoming and outgoing goods and documentation.
  • Assist the Supervisor with operational coordination and act as an interface between production, logistics, and the tool store.
  • Maintain a clean, well-organized work environment by applying 5S principles across all work areas.
  • Promote and ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and compliance standards as well as company regulations.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize shop processes, improving efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Actively contribute to Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives within the production area.

Your Profile

  • Completed technical or logistics apprenticeship (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Valid Category B driving license and Swiss forklift license.
  • Accurate, reliable, and self-organized working style with a hands-on approach.
  • Willingness to work in shifts.
  • German skills (B1) and English skills (B2).
  • Proactive team player with a strong sense of responsibility and a continuous improvement mindset.
