Your Responsibilities
- Act as the single point of contact for the PW4000 engine.
- Lead all engine projects according to established processes.
- Maintain and provide full visibility of the status of all ongoing projects at all times.
- Compare engine progress and material availability with milestone plans and implement preventative actions against potential hindrances by coordinating with Account Management, Operations, Center of Excellence, Purchasing, and Engineering to ensure on-time delivery.
- Plan engine input and output in collaboration with production planning in line with capacity plans.
- Continuously improve related processes to optimize daily business operations.
- Lead and organize engine team meetings.
- Provide information on engine status in relevant systems (e.g., Engine log, RAIL).
Your Profile
- Advanced process training required; a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration is preferred.
- Significant understanding of operational activities related to delivering a specific service; a minimum of 3 years of experience in project and process-related positions in the MRO industry is desired.
- Fluent in German (Level C1) and a high level of English (B2) required.
