Your Responsibilities
- Act as the single point of contact for PW4000 engines.
- Lead all engine projects according to established processes.
- Maintain and provide full visibility of the status of all ongoing projects at all times.
- Compare engine progress and material availability against the milestone plan, and take preventative action to address any hindrances by collaborating with Account Management, Operations, CoE, Purchasing, and Engineering to ensure on-time delivery.
- Plan engine input/output in coordination with production planning according to the capacity plan.
- Continuously improve related processes to optimize daily business operations.
- Lead and organize engine-team meetings.
- Provide updates on engine status in relevant systems (e.g., Engine log, RAIL).
Your Profile
- Advanced process training is required; a Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in a related field is desired.
- Significant understanding of operational activities related to service delivery is essential; ideally, you have 3+ years of project and process-related experience in the MRO industry.
- Fluent in German (Level C1) and possess a high level of English (B2).
