Your Responsibilities

• Lead all CFM56 shop visit projects and act as the main engine contact.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across all activities.
• Implement, maintain, and continuously improve the (safety) Management System.
• Monitor project progress against milestones and take proactive measures.
• Plan engine input/output in coordination with production and operations.
• Lead the engine team and organize regular meetings.
• Maintain up-to-date engine status in relevant systems (e.g., Engine Log, RAIL).

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Aviation, or Business Administration (or equivalent).
• 3+ years of experience in project-related or process-related roles, ideally in MRO.
• Strong understanding of operational processes and project management.
• Fluency in English; German B1+ is desirable.
• Proven leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of safety, compliance, and quality procedures.
• Ability to drive continuous improvement and achieve results.
