Your Tasks

• Lead the Engine Team and set up and execute the assigned Shop Visit (SV).
• Oversee all SV relevant deliverables, including material, documentation, and certification.
• Manage all support function interfaces to optimize resources for the engine maintenance portfolio.
• Execute all required shop visit management process steps and milestones throughout the entire SV.
• Conduct regular SV progress reporting, including timely and comprehensive escalation to senior leadership as required.
• Drive continuous improvement by supporting root cause analyses (RCA) and activities to further optimize the engine service business.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration or related field desired.
• Proven experience in Product/Project Management (5 years).
• Technical skills, preferably in the field of aircraft engines (GTF) business.
• Significant understanding of MRO-related operational maintenance activities (5 years).
• Demonstrated leadership experience in a multi-disciplined and cultural environment.
• Strong public speaking skills.
• Aptitude for setting precise and realistic targets while driving suitable escalations.
• High level of English is mandatory; good level of German is desirable.
