Position: Shop Visit Manager - GTF

As a Shop Visit Manager - GTF, you will be responsible for all activities specifically related to the on-time delivery of the assigned Shop Visit (SV) in accordance with customer-specific contractual agreements. You will lead the dedicated Engine Team and act as the single point of contact to Senior Leadership for all internal SV-related affairs.

Your Tasks

• Lead the Engine Team and execute the assigned SV.
• Oversee all SV relevant deliverables, including material, documentation, and certification.
• Manage all support function interfaces to optimize resources for the engine maintenance portfolio.
• Ensure all required shop visit management process steps and milestones are followed throughout the SV.
• Conduct regular SV progress reporting and escalate issues to senior leadership as necessary.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by supporting root cause analyses (RCA) and optimizing the engine service business.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) and/or Business Administration preferred.
• Proven experience in Product/Project Management (5 years).
• Technical skills, preferably in the field of aircraft engines (GTF) business.
• Significant understanding of MRO-related operational maintenance activities (5 years).
• Demonstrated leadership experience in a multi-disciplined and cultural environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively in front of a group.
• Capacity to set precise and realistic targets while effectively managing escalation processes.
• High level of English is mandatory; a good level of German is desirable.
