The Job:
- Ensure an exceptional customer journey while developing our customer database.
- Meet and exceed established KPIs and targets.
- Implement visual merchandising and organize the front and back areas of the shop.
- Adhere to SESSUN standards and guidelines under the supervision of your shop manager.
Your Profile as a Sales Advisor:
- You are a fashion enthusiast with a creative, customer-oriented approach and possess a successful retail background.
- Strong team spirit and effective communication skills.
- Proficiency in the German language at a minimum B2 level.
