Job Opportunity: ServiceNow SPM Business Consultant
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow SPM Business Consultant for our client to analyze and structure business requirements while supporting agile implementation within the domain of Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze, structure, and document business requirements in areas such as Demand Management, Portfolio Management, Project Management, Resource Management, and Enterprise Agile Planning (EAP).
- Conduct and moderate workshops for requirement gathering, refinement, and prioritization.
- Advise stakeholders on the standard and out-of-the-box functionalities of ServiceNow SPM, aiming to minimize customizations to the necessary minimum.
- Translate business requirements into user stories, features, and acceptance criteria for agile implementation teams.
- Provide technical support for testing, reviews, and approvals.
Requirements:
- Several years of experience as a Business Analyst or Senior Consultant in ServiceNow projects.
- In-depth knowledge in at least three of the following areas: Demand Management, Portfolio Management, Project Management, Resource Management, and Enterprise Agile Planning (EAP).
- Experience in conducting and moderating workshops with management and business stakeholders.
- Experience in creating user stories, features, and acceptance criteria for agile teams.
- Very good knowledge of agile working methods, especially Scrum and SAFe.
Project Details:
- Start: ASAP
- Duration: 3+ months
- Workload: Approx. 100% (1.0 FTE)
- Location: Remote with occasional on-site presence in Vienna (approximately 5 times a year for 1-2 days each)
- Language: Fluent in both German and English
