Position Overview
We are currently searching for a driven individual to join our Rosenberg Team, contributing to the creation of an optimal environment for both our customers and staff members.
Your Responsibilities
- Mise en Place: Preparing for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and exclusive events
- Service: Delivering exceptional service during meals and special events
- Cleaning tasks following each service
- Collaboration with DH Supervisors
- Working up to 10 hours per day
- Team cooperation
- Working 5 days a week, with a maximum of 50 hours
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Energetic, well-organized, and structured
- Flexible, open-minded, and committed to skill development
- Attention to detail paired with professional organizational skills
- Able to thrive in a busy environment
- Fluent in English
- Currently residing and working in Switzerland or holding rights to work in Switzerland, or citizenship in EU/EFTA member states
Requirements
- Experience in a similar position is expected
- Strong interpersonal skills and a diligent work ethic
- A deep understanding of and interest in cultural diversity

- Able to work split shifts
