Service Proposal Manager / Service Proposal Manageress

Your Tasks:

• Lead the tendering activities for competitive offers for Service Contracts of all types, including long-term maintenance agreements, frame agreements, and upgrades.
• Support the development and alignment of the offer strategy while addressing market and customer considerations, collaborating with stakeholders such as new equipment business and other partner units within the global Ansaldo network.
• Ensure that the offers meet the Ansaldo guidelines for such activities and co-lead the review process.
• Assist in the negotiation and closing of contracts with customers. Support the development of market and competitive intelligence know-how in a structured and effective manner.
• Actively participate in improving and maintaining the process and tools landscape used in these activities.

Your Profile:

• Degree in mechanical engineering and/or business studies with a solid technical understanding.
• 5-10 years of experience in the industrial sector, preferably in the power industry, with a proven track record.
• A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in international tendering or sales.
• Open-minded, eager to learn, and capable of enduring the offer and sales cycle.
• Flexible and willing to travel, including on short notice (approximately 10% of the time).
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Strong commitment to delivering on time and within budget.
• Excellent command of English; proficiency in German and other languages is advantageous, while further knowledge of Italian would be a plus.
