We are seeking a dedicated and professional individual to join our team as a Service Attendant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests in the restaurant, bar, and during events.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, professional, and attentive service to our guests.
- Care for guests from welcome to farewell, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
- Take orders and serve food and beverages following our quality standards.
- Prepare and maintain service stations before, during, and after service.
- Support the Chef de Rang or, depending on experience, manage a service station independently.
- Ensure cleanliness, order, and compliance with hygiene standards (HACCP).
- Work closely with kitchen, bar, and front office teams to ensure seamless service.
